300-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Registered

This program offers over 300-hours of training in Healing Yoga. The program is appropriate for those who want to teach therapeutic functional group classes and private sessions. These tools include therapeutic postures, breath work and meditation for your own personal growth and stress management; and also for working with clients.

In person space is limited.  You can also attend this training as individual modules, instead of as an entire teacher training.  Individual modules can also be viewed streaming online.  Please note that individual module and online workshop participation does not count toward Yoga Alliance teacher training requirements.

The requirements for Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance Registration at the 300-hour Level go beyond attending weekend workshops.  They include:  Extra weekends, readings, distance learning, homework assignments, testing of the matieral, practicum experience, working with a mentor, daily practice journal, practice teaching and supervision.
